Clarity for Participants and Providers: Navigate the NDIS with Confidence
Tereina is an absolute professional. She knows her stuff when it comes to NDIS. My daughter's plan has improved by a couple hudred thousand because of Tereina's advice. 6 years of being a participant and no one ever told us how good the plan could be. You can tell by talking to Tereina that she loves what she does and she makes it so easy to understand. She also sends an email with all the information for me to refer to.
I found The Good Fight on facebook and booked a clarity session. We had been waiting for our adult daughter's plan for 3 months. We had no funding and we were looking at admitting her to hospital. Tereina worked with our support coordinator to get the plan implemented. It took her 3 days!!! Absolutely blown away by how quickly she helped. She said she wouldn't drop it until we had the plan. She checked in with us once the plan was ready and debriefed with our support coordinator. Incredible, life changing service.
We heard horror stories about first plans being really inadequate. A friend recommended I contact The Good Fight and it was the best thing we could've done. Our 7 year old son received a enough funding to see his 3 therapists weekly and we have enough core supports to help him learn some independence in self-care every day. I'm finding out that this doesn't happen for everyone and I know Tereina and her advice and support was the difference. My family is so grateful. This will be life changing for us.
What a game-changer! I was feeling disheartened until I stumbled upon The Good Fight. Tereina's expertise turned things around for me.
Thumbs up for The Good Fight! Lily , and their NDIS consultancy exceeded expectations. Clear guidance and fantastic service.

from 288 reviewsPurchased this guide to help my participants who have been waiting months for reviews. I can see the difference between what I've been sending through and the guides examples. It has worked for us, heard back within 24 hours of my email to the Minister.
Dowloaded this guide because we've been waiting months for my son's plan. So many great strategies, direct email addresses and examples to follow when writing my complaint email. There's clearly an art to this and im greatful to have this resource.

Back in January we spoke with Tereina to help our participant with writing a request for 4 hours a day of 2:1 support in the community. We were told no by NDIS on multiple occasions. Tereina went over our evidence and pointed on the shortfalls. She provided advice on what we would need to demonstrate the need and gave us the most thorough written advice for us to follow and consider. She even recommended supports not in the current plan that we should ask for, gave us templates for our allied health and BSP to follow. We managed to get the funding. Tereina kept in contact with us throughout until we got the funding. I cannot recommend her service enough. We've used her service for 2 other participants since.

I'm a support coordinator and my participant asked me to engage Tereina to assist in escalating her review. I wasn't sure what more I could do. I complained to the Minister and was waiting. We had the planning meeting in January and were told it could take 8 weeks for the plan to come through. Met with Tereina on a Tuesday, she gave me this guide and with her support and tips, we received the new plan on Friday. Blown away by how well she knows how to navigate the NDIS. I'm keeping Tereina on speed dial now. I have learned alot from her and my participants are getting the results they need. This guide is thorough and I can use it moving forward.
I've been waiting 3 months for my review. Bought this guide last week and used the advice to get my new plan within the week. We need more services like this. Thankyou!!!!!!
